Jeffrey C. Shaul, BCom, LLB, CIM, CFA, FCSI
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of investment industry experience, Jeffrey Shaul has an impressive track record in all facets of financial services, including establishing and managing investment funds. Prior to founding Robson, Jeffrey helped build a funds management business from inception to $285 million, consisting of private equity funds managed on behalf of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Investment Grade Trust (a publicly traded bond fund), and a general equity fund for accredited investors. He has also held senior investment banking positions with Scotia Capital and TD Securities. Jeffrey started his career practising corporate and securities law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt in Toronto. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the CFA Institute and Toronto CFA Society and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. Jeffrey was a member of the sales practices committee of AIMA Canada from November 2006 to May 2009, and has appeared on BNN (Business News Network) as a commentator on the hedge fund industry.

Leonard Eisen, FCA
Chief Financial Officer, Robson Capital Inc.
With a track record of over 40 years of operating experience, Leonard Eisen has had a distinguished career in the areas of finance, treasury and tax, including many years as Treasurer and as Vice-President and Treasurer of The Oshawa Group Limited (acquired by Sobeys), one of the largest wholesale and retail food companies in Canada. Leonard was also Treasurer of The Oshawa Group Limited Pension Funds, in which capacity he was involved in the selection of the fund’s money managers and custodian, and in reviewing their performance. Over the course of his career, Leonard has held numerous positions in the money management and tax communities, including Chair of the Investment Committee of the Canadian Tax Foundation and Chair of the Taxation Committee of the Retail Council of Canada. Leonard is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and is a member of the ordre de comptables agrees du quebec. He currently acts as an independent financial consultant.

Pauline Henry, CMA
Accounting and Valuation
Pauline Henry has 15 years experience in financial reporting, audit, operations, treasury, tax and project management. She previously worked at BDO Dunwoody, then followed that interest to industry, in the capacity of controller for an international apparel company, Weekenders International. Currently, Pauline provides financial services to sole proprietors and small to medium-sized companies. She constantly strives to develop financial reporting and systems which are more relevant, and excels in accuracy and compliance in the areas of financial complexities and commitments. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University, and is a Certified Management Accountant of Ontario.
